Loves End -Brian (1/30/07)

She felt like life and gave me energy
Without her, I feel part of my life is missing
We used to kiss but now we miss
A thorny plant in a dark shed
It doesnt seem that life can ever be good again
I know no hope in this
I want my future, not to look bleak
My head is down and I forget to smile
Pain is hard but, I must push through
No more sharing, no more love
To find the path again, but without my love
I want to hold onto love but, I must let it go
My eyes cry, my heart bleeds
My lungs cant breath, my hands cant feel
My mouth wont eat, my ears cant hear
These things are injured
These things shut down
To know the end, is the beginning of pain
To move on and let go, may mean forgetting
Ive lost my companion, lover, and best friend
I miss her and the great things we had

Sometimes we don't get along

Forget about the dreams, for you will be in my outstretched arms of safety and love soon enough.

I will hold you tight and not let you go, you will feel my heart beat to the rythm of two hearts beating in unison.

The sky may get cloudy and a storm may come, but the wind will cause us to hold more tightly and closer so the warmth our hearts share will become more evident.

The storm will only weather us for greater things, the things that cause love to never waiver or fade.

Our hearts have found each others reason for being alive, for being one, for simply being.

The foundation we are building will be with us till the wind and storm pass and we look up to the sky and see the wonderous beauty in the night.

You are my one and only of my life
my love I have missed to be my wife

I sit at home and dream of your face

You are my living breathing soul mate with grace
you are the puzzle piece that fits in place

We always gamble with our hearts
and that is what makes the search
for the true one worth the journey.

If there was nothing to lose, then
attaining one's love would be meaningless;
the capture of someone's heart is nearly
the most important task in one's life.

Finding the true one for you,
requires your entire heart for
without giving up of your heart,
you will never find the one willing
to take it and give you theirs.

As I lay there looking in her eyes
she looked back and smiled wide
she means a lot to me in a deep way

it was nice to just hear her sigh
as we moved she was my guide
our relationship be it may has gone strangely gray

it must be our strong attraction
that has helped develop our strong connection
because in my heart there is great affection

I was sitting at my desk
looking through the window pane
wishing that winter had last

While dreaming of my mess
my heart forged from pain
missing love I once amassed

it all seems so crass
though there is no rain
she is a memory of my past
